In this role, I serve as designer and researcher for the Advising Kiosk and Student Engagement Roster systems, which are part of the broader suite of academic digital services developed by the Enterprise Systems department. As part of this work, I perform user research, usability testing, prototype creation, design strategy, and accessibility review for both of these products.
